Online Skills Assessment Tests Have Four Levels of Testing Available
We offer four levels of testing for our online skills tests, including:
STANDARD – this is the recommended test for most positions that utilize the application being tested and contains:
- 30-35 of the most frequently used and most critical tasks needed to be considered proficient for the position
- Questions of Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced difficulties
BASIC – Contains the 30-35 most frequently used and most critical tasks at the Beginner Level
ADVANCED – Contains the 30-35 most frequently used and most critical tasks at the Advanced Level
ESSENTIALS –this option is the most basic of the four levels and contains the 25 elemental tasks needed to function in a job
The Online Skills Testing System
The Online Skills Testing System allows administrators to easily manage testing and generate reports with ease, meaning there are no IT or infrastructure costs or headaches. Reports can provide information on a single test, on multiples tests taken by a single candidate, or on all candidates who have taken a specific test. Reports are available immediately upon completion of the test. The report will indicate a candidate’s general level of ability in approximately 10-12 minutes during the testing. Profiles Skills tests can be taken by candidates at job fairs, at home or from anywhere that they have access to the internet so they can be pre-tested before their interview.

- Turn any PC with internet access into a testing workstation with access to all Profiles Skills Tests
- Send one or multiple tests to candidates via email
